Ulric Quee is Founder and Managing Director of Briteque Ltd, Sponsor and Promoter of MojaAir, an African low-cost airline initiative in formation designed to make direct, affordable air travel within Africa a working part of the African Continental Free Trade Area and the Single African Air Transport Market. Trained in law and computer science, he has worked in Legal Ai, Data Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Technology across UK local government, the NHS and regulated financial & legal services. He leads MojaAir’s engagement with African Governments & institutions and its evidence-first approach.
