He was born in March 30, 1982.

Higher education. In 2003 he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University namedafter. Zh. Balasagyn , Faculty of Economics, specialty: accounting and audit. He hasadditional education in the following programs: ADB “Economic Analysis ofProjects”, TACIS “Macroeconomic Policy”, WB “Financial Management and Paymentsfor PEMPAL Projects “Fiscal and Budgetary Policy”, “Wage Fund Management”,“Internal Audit and Control in the Public management"; “Planning of Public-PrivatePartnership Projects JICA.

Work experience:

2003-2004 - Intern of the Department of Planning and Evaluation of Projects of thePublic Investment Program of the Investment Policy Department of the Ministry ofFinance of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2004-2006 - Leading Specialist of the Department of Cooperation with International Financial Organizations of the Ministry ofEconomic Development, Industry and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2006-2007 - chief specialist, deputy head of the international cooperation department of the Ministry of Industry, Trade andTourism of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2007 - Leading Specialist of the Department for Planning and Evaluation of Projects of the Public Investment Program of theDepartment of the Public Investment Program of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;
