Biography
Melis Ekmen Tabojer is the Managing Director, Policy Strategy & Delivery, EBRD.
Prior to this she was the Head of EU Banks and Structured Finance Team and the Head of Insurance and Financial Services teams in EBRD. She previously led numerous financial sector investments in CEE, MENA and Turkey and held Board Director positions.
Before joining EBRD in 2010, Melis was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley FIG M&A, with a background in structured finance having worked in Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Securitised Products Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Asset Securitisation Group, Garanti Bank Turkey and Ottoman Bank Financial Institutions Teams.
Melis holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
