Ms. Jean Zhao

Jean Zhao is a Singapore-based investment professional and philanthropy advocate with over 16 years of experience in wealth management, private equity, and family office advisory across Greater China and Southeast Asia, with a focus on U.S. real estate and healthcare investments. She is the Founding Partner of Noral Family Office and a Partner of HGC Investment Management. As Co-founder of HGC Global Foundation, a donor-advised fund administered by the Community Foundation of Singapore, she supports strategic philanthropy in healthcare, community well-being, and social inclusion. She is also a member of the Asian Philanthropy Alliance. Jean actively supports healthcare and community initiatives in Singapore, including Sian Chay Medical Institution, Stroke Support Station, the Singapore Business and Philanthropy Forum, and Relay Majulah. She also volunteers with Lions Club Singapore Dot, supporting nursing home communities. A committed public policy advocate, Jean holds a Master of Public Administration and Management (MPAM) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
