Ms. Dalia Al-Khalaf

Dalia Al-Khalaf is a Qatari investor, entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience across investment, technology, strategy and business development. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rawdat Capital, an investment firm focused on building investment and commercial bridges between the artificial intelligence and deep-tech ecosystems of China, Southeast Asia and the GCC. She also serves as Strategy Director at Qatar Foundation's Al Shaqab. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions at Vodafone Qatar, Media City Qatar and QInvest, and contributed to the development of Qatar's first SME-focused private equity fund. Dalia serves on several boards, is a recipient of the Qatar Businesswomen Association Innovation Award, and is a recognized advocate for entrepreneurship, innovation and the practical application of AI to drive economic growth and competitiveness.
