Adriana Fernandes is the CEO of Mátrika Special Foods, a São Paulo-based company founded in 2015 that has become a national reference in safe, delicious food for people with food allergies and gluten intolerance.
Mátrika produces ultra-frozen meals, breads, cakes and snacks that are free from gluten and the main families of ingredients responsible for most food allergies, with full traceability and quality control. Its range of more than 100 products serves hospitals, laboratories, schools and international airlines, as well as over 5,000 individual customers.
Since 2019, the company has been backed by M. Dias Branco, Brazil's largest manufacturer of pasta and biscuits. With a team of 18, Mátrika lives by its motto: "We include people by excluding ingredients."
