Mr. Venkat Krishnaswamy

Venkat Krishnaswamy is a Senior Partner and Head of Advisory with over 30 years of experience in consulting and management, including more than 15 years in senior leadership and board positions. He currently leads a team of over 100 professionals across multiple advisory disciplines, including strategy, technology, governance, and cybersecurity. He has extensive experience in banking and private equity, having held management positions at major regional institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Throughout his career, he has advised clients in more than 10 countries on mergers and acquisitions, market entry, corporate restructuring, strategic prioritization, and organizational transformation. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including banking, insurance, energy services, telecommunications, real estate, and social and critical infrastructure. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including government ministries, national oil companies, sovereign wealth funds, and major family-owned conglomerates. Mr. Krishnaswamy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
