Ms. Ludmila De Weever

Ludmila N.L. de Weever is a Sint Maarten politician and current Member of Parliament for the Party for Progress (PFP). She was elected to Parliament in the January 2020 elections as a member of the United People's Party (UP) and served as Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunication (TEATT) in the second Jacobs cabinet from March 2020 to May 2021. In May 2021, she resigned from her ministerial post to take up her seat in Parliament. She left the UP in September 2022 and joined the Party for Progress (PFP) in March 2023.
