Biobele Oyibo is a Nigerian entrepreneur, strategist, and three-time founder with more than a decade of experience building businesses, developing strategies, and working across diverse markets.

She is the Founder and CEO of Earlybean, a financial technology company helping children and young people build the financial skills, habits, and experience they need to become financially capable and confident. Through Earlybean, young people can earn, save, spend, make digital payments, and learn about money in a safe, guided environment-giving them an early, practical relationship with money and laying the foundation for a stronger financial future.
