Mr. Nielsimms Sangho

He is an entrepreneurship consultant and tech executive based in Nairobi, Kenya, with deep expertise across fintech, e-commerce, and logistics.

He currently leads ShipShap, a last-mile logistics orchestration platform, where he drives operations, enterprise sales, and commercial strategy. Nielsimms is also an EMPRETEC mentor and trainer with UNCTAD, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, helping entrepreneurs across the region build and scale their businesses.

His track record spans some of Africa's leading fintech and e-commerce milestones — as Regional Manager of East Africa at Flutterwave, he led the company's expansion into markets including Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. He also founded Buy2Africa, formerly InterShip, connecting SMEs and individuals across East Africa, South Africa, Asia, and the Americas to international online stores — work that earned him recognition as a Seedstars Africa 2015 winner and a place among only 18 Alibaba eFounders in 2018. He coaches as a John Maxwell Fellow and mentors with Google for Startups across innovation hubs globally.
