Mr. Lei Huang

Mr. Lei Huang is the Chief Executive Officer of TradeUP Securities, a brokerage firm connecting the world's capital markets with FinTech innovation. Prior to joining TradeUP Securities, Mr. Huang was the Chief Executive Officer of Haitong Securities USA, overseeing the company’s daily business operations. Mr. Huang was the Chief Compliance Officer and then the Operation Manager of CICC US Securities Inc from 2010 through 2018. He was coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of the middle and back offices including legal, compliance, finance, operations, technology, corporate services, human resources and other support activities. Prior to that, Mr. Huang served as a Compliance Officer at Morgan Stanly, Lehman Brothers and Barclays during the period 2004 through 2010. In the roles he interacted with the SEC, FINRA, CTFC, NFA and other regulatory bodies to ensure the firm’s compliance with various regulatory schemas.
