Habtamu Simachew Belay is Legal and Policy Lead at the Ethiopian Investment Commission. He is an investment climate reform specialist with more than 15 years of experience, delivering advisory programs at the intersection of private sector development, regulatory reform, and public-private dialogue. He has supported Ethiopia’s existing SEZ policy and legislation.
