Mr. Christopher Nixon

Christopher Nixon has expertise in the development and financing of projects in multiple sectors across Utilities, Transportation, and Social Infrastructure. He is proficient in both project financing techniques and PPP business case development, appraisal, and procurement. Chris was previously Director of Infrastructure & PPP at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, and Senior Executive Advisor at Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Privatization & PPP. He has a project finance banking background from both European and Middle Eastern Corporate Banks in London and the GCC. He is Certified in PPP (CP³P), Climate Resilient Infrastructure (CIRO) and ESG (CFA Institute).
