BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Chuang holds a PhD in International Economic Law. Drawing on over a decade of diplomatic and public service experience and fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, she fosters cross-border partnerships for sustainability. As former Chief Representative of Eden Project China and current China Representative for the Lost Gardens of Heligan, UK, she facilitates the promotion and development of international eco-destinations and eco-tourism projects across China. Her practice centres on the implementation and talent development of rural ecological civilization communities.
