Dr. Tah Ahmed Meouloud
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Tah Ahmed Meouloud is an economist and academic with more than 20 years of experience in economics, development policy, academia, diplomacy, and strategic advisory. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Temple University in the United States and a doctoral degree in Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in France.
Prior to his appointment as Director General of the Mauritania Investment Promotion Agency (APIM), he served as an Adviser to the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, contributing to the development of national strategies for economic sovereignty, investment promotion, and innovation.
He also served as the African Union’s G20 Sherpa and as Co-Chair of the AUDA-NEPAD Steering Committee, representing the Union in high-level international economic and policy
