Dr. Hassan Hamdan

Dr. Hassan Hamdan is Director of Operations at the Arab Investment & Trade Credit Guarantee Corporation in Kuwait, where he oversees guarantee operations, product development, reinsurance, and partnerships with Arab and international insurers. He previously served on the Corporation's Board of Directors (2020-2023).

He spent over two decades at Lebanon's Ministry of Finance, most recently as Head of the Public Debt Directorate, where he was a regular counterpart to the World Bank and IMF on fiscal policy and led debt negotiations and public financial management reforms.

Dr. Hamdan holds a PhD in Economics from Paul Cézanne University, an MBA from the Lebanese American University, and has taught at several Lebanese universities.
