Dr. Dhabia M. Al Mohannadi

Dr. Dhabia M. Al Mohannadi is an Associate Professor at the College of Science and Engineering at HBKU, and joint faculty in the interdisciplinary engineering program at TAMU. Her work focuses on the design of sustainable processes, resource management, and climate policies. Her research leads to developing analytical tools for systems at the design and operational level, on applications such as energy, value chains and circular systems.

Dhabia is an author of several publications, including peer-reviewed journals, proceedings, and book chapters. She has won a number of research and teaching awards and serves on the board of engineering societies and entities such as the Arab Climate Youth Movement and the Qatar Women Engineering Association.  She is a graduate of the Qatar Leadership Center Rising Leaders Program and a recent winner of the MIT Tech Review Innovators Under 35 Award.
