Ms. Sonvi Khanna

Sonvi leads the Social Compact in India, a multistakeholder platform enabling businesses to get a headstart on the S of ESG. By enabling a solutioning partnership between industry and worker organizations, the Social Compact is helping companies build business systems that ensure greater transparency and accountability for the vulnerable workers in their supply chains.  Sonvi strongly believes that this is the moment for India to reimagine the status quo and intentionally work towards a more inclusive and sustainable development for all, to truly achieve its potential on the global stage. She has pursued this vision through her 15 year tryst in the impact sector, as philanthropy advisor with Dasra, and in a research capacity with the International Center for Research on Women (India).  Sonvi holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Warwick and Harvard Business School’s SNMI Leadership Program Certificate.
