BIOGRAPHY
David A. Dodd, CEcD/FM/HLM is an international thought leader in sustainable economic development, disaster recovery, public private partnerships, and climate adaptation. He served as Dean of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, and is Founding CEO of the International Sustainable Resilience Center, a strategic partner of WAPPP. David has expertise in all areas of economic development and economic resilience. He is a Certified Economic Developer, Fellow Member, and Honorary Life Member of the International Economic Development Council. David is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking.
