Dr. Naresh Bana

Naresh is Steering Committee Member, and chairs the South Asia Chapter of the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP). He is PPP advisor to an Indian Government Owned Company and WAPPP peer recognised International PPP consultant. A regular contributor to the UN Economic Commission for Europe’s (UNECE) policy planning effort, he is inter-alia leading their railway project team. Naresh is a contributor to World Bank group blogs, WAPPP’s quarterly magazine, leading newspapers in South Asia and has produced a series of brief case studies and vlogs on PPPs from diverse geographies.
