Climate change is impacting the planet in a big way and Railways are a climate-friendly mode of transportation with a low carbon footprint. Green Hydrogen has added another dimension to rail with better chances of achieving net zero emissions. The public- private partnership format provides a viable financing method for such capital-intensive options.
