Mr. Diego Caicedo Pinoargote

Diego Caicedo Pinoargote, specialist in international trade with broad experience in the process of economic integration and trade negotiations at the bilateral, regional and multilateral levels. In addition, he has focus his career in the development of public policies related to foreign trade, especially in market access, investment attraction and productive development policies. Actually, he works as General Director of General Secretariat of the Andean Community, he is in charge of several issues such as: transportation, telecommunications, electrical interconnection, commercial promotion, services and investments, MSMEs, among others. His work is aligned with the objective of the General Secretariat of the Andean Community to achieve an integral, balanced and autonomous development of the Andean States
