Biography
Orsolya (Orsi) Kneitner is Chief Executive Officer of Blueshift Memory, the semiconductor company developing the Cambridge Architecture, a memory design aimed at overcoming conventional bandwidth and latency limits. She joined in June 2026 as Vice President of Investor Relations and took the CEO role that August, working from Vienna.
Kneitner founded Stillwater Robotics in 2021 and ran it as chief executive through 2023, building systems around the Knowledge Processing Unit and its mixed-precision numerical methods. She concurrently served as Director of Business Development at Stillwater Supercomputing, covering hardware OEMs, cloud vendors, FPGA manufacturers and their customers in regulated industries.
Her earlier work spans product management and operations across Austria and Ireland. Kneitner studied law at University College Dublin and was a guest lecturer at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School. In August 2026 she spoke at the AIFOD Geneva Summit on energy-efficient computing and open-source hardware that organizations can adapt and own.
