Biography
Maritime and port industry professional with over 20 years of international experience, Marleine Minko has held strategic positions at the Kribi Port Authority (PAK) since 2017. She currently leads the PAK Cooperation Unit overseeing institutional partnerships, international cooperation initiatives, and the strategic promotion and development of the Kribi Deep-Sea Port, one of Central Africa’s major maritime infrastructure projects.
In 2025, Ms Minko was appointed Permanent Secretary of the Francophone Network of UNCTAD’s TrainForTrade Programme coordinating port management training across 11 African and Caribbean countries.
Before joining PAK, she worked at SGS headquarters in Geneva and later in Abidjan, contributing to port modernization, revenue protection, and digitalization projects across several African countries.
Ms Minko holds Master’s degrees from INSEEC Paris and Université Paris XII and is a UNCTAD-certified Port Management trainer. Fluent in French and English, she combines port expertise, international cooperation, and strategic leadership to support the transformation and performance of Africa’s port sector.
