Biography
Amer Abu-Sham is a New York-qualified arbitration practitioner specializing in international commercial arbitration. He currently serves as Senior Counsel at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), where he manages the administration of complex domestic and international disputes and contributes to initiatives that promote the development of arbitration in the region. Prior to joining the SCCA, Amer worked at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and WilmerHale, gaining extensive experience in international dispute resolution, including disputes involving intellectual property and commercial matters.
