BIOGRAPHY

Heinz Tüselmann is Professor of International Business at Manchester Metropolitan University and has served as Senior Advisor to UNCTAD. He is Chair of the Scientific Committee of the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS), past Chair of Academy of International Business UK & Ireland Chapter, and served as member of Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) International Advisory Board. He is advisor the Director of the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in London and deputy editor to the UN journal Transnational Corporations. Prior academia he held senior positions in both the private and public sector, including Volkswagen, Deutsche Bank and German Ministry of Finance. 

He is member of EU Framework programme "Dynamics of Institutions and Markets in Europe" Network of Excellence 

 

His research expertise includes inward investment upgrading for sustainable development and MNE competitiveness, labour relations in MNEs and business internationalisation in deprived regions.
