Ms. Yulia Stark

Yulia Stark is Founder and President of EWA Group, an international non-profit headquartered in Brussels that advances women's economic participation through policy partnerships and data-led programmes. She began her career in private banking at Robeco Bank, Kaupthing Bank and Cortal Consors, managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients across Brussels, Geneva and Luxembourg — an education in how financial architecture shapes outcomes, and how rarely those tools reached women.

In 2013 she founded FAB Academy, Belgium's first accelerator for female founders, which produced 570 women-led startups over eight years and grew into EWA Group. Since 2020 she has built EWA Group into a Europe–Gulf platform spanning 54+ countries, co-founding the EWA Accelerator in Dubai and leading trade missions, forums and investment programmes across the GCC, Latin America, Africa and Asia. In 2025 she launched NAYRA, a gamified financial literacy platform now in national pilot in the UAE with DMCC and the Ministry of Economy & Tourism. She is a multi-award-winning international keynote speaker and an author.
