BIOGRAPHY

Tania Ghossein is a lawyer with the World Bank Group since 2008. She is currently a Senior Private Sector Specialist in the Global Investment Climate Unit where she advises governments on how to promote private sector development while improving their investment climates. Her expertise has been deployed in more than 30+ countries. Tania holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School and a law degree from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. Tania has published several reports and papers on topics related to private sector development, including on business regulatory compliance, informality and business environment reforms in fragile and conflict settings.
