Ms. Suzanne van Tilburg

Suzanne van Tilburg has had a remarkable career journey, initially serving as an Agricultural Counsellor in the Dutch diplomatic service, advising on agriculture, public health, and development cooperation worldwide. Later, as Head of the Agricultural Department at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Moscow, she played a key role in international relations. In 2015, she transitioned to Rabobank, a leading global Food and Agri bank. In her current role as Global Head of Food & Agri Networks, Suzanne strategically connects Rabobank with influential institutions like the EC, UN, WEF, and WBCSD, driving discussions and actions on vital food system transformations. Her focus areas include soil health, carbon farming, food waste reduction, digitalizing small-scale farming, impact finance, and the True Value of Food narrative. She leads Rabobank's efforts for meaningful contributions to the UN Food Systems Summit and the implementation of the 2030 SDGs.
