Ms. Noran Bakr

Noran has more than 10 years’ experience in operational risk and internal control and almost 8 years of experience in international cooperation, sustainable economic development and research. Noran has a master’s and PhD degrees in economics from reputable universities in Egypt. Since graduation Noran has been working in the Egyptian government, multinational companies and international development agencies. Currently Noran is the Head of Risk at the Sovereign Fund of Egypt.
