Ms. Natalia Korchakova-Heeb

Eng. Natalia Korchakova-Heeb is a member of the Steering Committee of the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP) and Chair of the Health PPP Chapter. Since 2021 she works as the Global Lead for Greenfield Hospitals and PPPs at Siemens Healthineers, a global German medtech company, where she is responsible for PPP operations. Natalia is PPP-speaker at the German Health Alliance, the certified Climate Resilience Officer for PPPs and the certified expert for IFC Edge Green Buildings. Natalia is a global PPP expert with extensive experience in healthcare PPPs, public procurement and sustainability.Prior to Siemens Healthieers she was leading a consulting firm on sustainable healthcare PPPs and worked in the Delegation of the European Union in Eastern Europe supervising projects on public procurement, competition and state aid.
