Ms. Nadine Gbossa
BIOGRAPHY
Nadine Gbossa, a seasoned development professional with over 25 years of experience in sustainable development, now leads the challenge of financing food systems transformation on a global scale. As IFAD's Director for Food Systems Coordination and Chief of the Means of Implementation for the United Food System Coordination Hub, she's at the forefront of shaping sustainable food systems. She began her career with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva and has held senior roles at various UN agencies, including the United Nations Development Programme and IFAD. As a Board Director of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, she contributes to global efforts for equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines. A national of Benin and Belgium, she holds master's degrees from the University of Manchester, the University of Hull, and the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
