Ms. Ghada Adel

She joined ABB in 2015 and have been promoted to different regional positions where she managed the Middle East and Africa region until early 2023. 

In April 2023, she joined the Global Tax Merge and Acquisition Practice Group in HQ Zurich, assisting ABB Group companies with different M&A projects globally.

Ghada has an extensive experience of more than 20 years where she started her career in international tax at PwC Egypt. She was leading the tax advisory department providing tax consultancy, business plans and supporting multinationals setting up their optimum tax structures throughout the ME region covering cross boarders’ transactions. Ghada then joined PepsiCo International in 2013 as Egypt and North Africa Tax Manager.

Throughout her years of experience, she was recognized by the Global CEO of ABB as one of the Young Talent Leaders in 2016, and one of the Women leaders in ABB in 2023.

Ghada holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Accounting major from Cairo University in Egypt. She holds an international diploma in HR from the American University in Cairo.
