Ms. Dream Meng Liu

Ms. Dream Meng Liu is a Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Consultant advising startups, investors, and multilateral organisations on digital economy, innovation, trade and entrepreneurship development. She has close to two decades of experience in business and technology, previously as an operator at Alibaba Group and Ant Financial, where she led national digital-transformation programmes with government partners, and built cross-border trade, payment and financing platforms for SMEs. She holds an MEng and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
