Ms. Diala Hawila

Diala has been working in the Knowledge, Policy and Finance Center at IRENA for over ten years. During this time, she has managed, coordinated and co-authored reports related to renewable energy policies and benefits. Based on the findings of the reports, she provides on the ground support to countries in the form of technical assistance and capacity building. Diala focuses on the design of policies to achieve climate and socioeconomic development goals.
