Mr. Zhikai (Victor) Gao

Victor Gao is Chair Professor at Soochow University, Guest Professor at Shenzhen University, Vice President of CCG and Chairman of China Energy Security Association. In the 1980s, he served in China’s Foreign Ministry as English interpreter for top national leaders. A New York licensed attorney, he is a frequent speaker and global media commentator. Holding degrees from Soochow University, BFSU and Yale Law School, he is based in Beijing.
