Mr. Ricky Shah
Ricky Shah is the Head of OCO Global’s consultancy practice in the Middle East. He advises with IPAs, SEZs and government entities in the region and globally on investment promotion, trade and economic development.

His career as an analyst and consultant has taken him around the world, from the UK to the Middle East and Africa, with flagship projects including supporting host country preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2022, preparing for the UK’s exit from the European Union, and supporting the global response to the Ebola pandemic in Sierra Leone.
Recently, he has supported Gulf countries on a range of investment and trade projects, ultimately focused on enhancing location competitiveness to drive inward investment.
