Mr. Philip Marquis

Philip Marquis is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada with an Honours BSc.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, U.K. and studied Transportation Geography at York University in Toronto, Ontario.  Philip is currently leading Marquis Rail Group, a boutique consultancy specialising in rail development and optimization.  Philip has over 40 years of railway experience with Canadian National Railway, Illinois Central Railroad, AECOM  and Oman Rail. He has a strong understanding of the rail systems throughout North America and the Middle East having worked in Canada, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman.  He is a member of  many professional associations.
