Mr. Paul Steiner

Mr. Paul Steiner is the president of the National Commission of Micro and Small Enterprises of El Salvador, since June 2019. He has the experience of more than 32 years in the public and private sectors, for multiple companies and governments in over 50 countries around the world.

Prior to his appointment, Paul held leadership positions as CEO and consultant to Goldtree SA de CV, Exclusive Fires Group PLC (UK), Government of South Africa, Malaysia, India, HM Treasury, Hewlett Packard, British American Tobacco, Rolls Royce, JPM Automatic Machines, among others. In addition, he is the author of more than 20 books, executive guides, and training materials dedicated to continuous improvement and effective management systems.

Paul studied Physics and Mathematics at Texas Tech University, United States, and is the Founder of the Clean Democracy Movement El Salvador.
