Mr. Oybek Elmuratov

After graduating from the Tashkent Financial Institute (1999) by specialty «economics and finance», started his professional activity as a specialist Project Financing Centre of the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have reached the leadership position of the responsible department in several years.

Oybek Elmuratov has more than 20 years of experience in the management and implementation of investment projects, project financing of various infrastructure and industrial projects.

Has international experience as National Consultant of World Bank “Wheat Flour Fortification”Projects, World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), UNDP «Reform of the Budget System in Uzbekistan» and UNDP Project Manager «Capacity building and strengthening of institutions for coordination of development assistance in Uzbekistan».

Since September 2019, he has been the Deputy Director of investment Promoting agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In his activities, he takes an active part in providing information and legal support to foreign investors, coordinates wide coverage and information about the economic, resource and investment potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan, about the created favorable business climate in the country.
