Mr. Nasser Massoud

Nasser Massoud MiF, FCIArb, C Eng, MICE, MSc, BSc is the Chair of WAPPP’s Social Sector PPPs Chapter. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Concept Realisation (est 2003). Has deep experience in all aspects of PPPs from strategy to implementation and monitoring. Empanelled by ADB’s Office of PPPs as a Health PPP Specialist. Appointed by Korea MoH as Global Healthcare Key Opinion Leader. Member of UNECE team of experts which drafted Global Standard for Healthcare PPPs and currently drafting Digitisation in Social Sector PPPs. Member of HBS Athar Crossroads team undertaking a program with RegLab on accelerating adoption of digital health in GCC countries. Board member on PIF investment in medical school and university hospital (Jordan).
