Mr. Muhammad Sarim Raza

Sarim is a serial social entrepreneur who is committed to empowering producers at the bottom of the pyramid. He is the founder of Retex, a platform connecting sustainable textile SMEs in Pakistan to the international market. He is also the Co-Founder of Riayat and Mawesh E-Mandi. Riayat is a platform working on reducing urban inequality in Pakistan, whereas Mawesh E-Mandi helps farmers sell their livestock directly to consumers. 

He is currently an MPA candidate at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, where he is concentrating in International Finance and Economic Policy.  He is the Coordinator for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Youth Action Hub in Pakistan and also leads the Act4Food Act4Change movement in Pakistan, which is a global youth-led movement pushing for food system reforms.
