BIOGRAPHY

Mark Little is the Director of Health and Sustainability Programmes at IGD. He emphasizes that consumers are increasingly willing to change eating habits for health and environmental reasons. Leading an IGD-Wrap initiative, he crafted a strategy to collaboratively use food surplus to aid vulnerable families. Formerly head of sustainability and food waste reduction at Tesco, he aims to secure renewed commitments from food businesses for prioritizing redistribution in waste reduction efforts. With a Master’s in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BA in geography from the University of Oxford, Mark drives connections between health, sustainability, and consumption awareness.
