Gained experience in implementation of the international statistical standards with respect to local regulations as well as business practices. Author of presentations and papers on external statistics mainly focused with FDI enhanced presentations and pass-through capital.

Chairman of the OECD Working Group on International Investment Statistics. Chairman of the OECD Benchmark Technical Expert Group. Co-chair of the IMF Direct Investment Task Team. Member of FDI working groups and task forces.

Ph.D. from Warsaw School of Economics on real options approach to appraisal of merger and acquisition decisions.
