Mr. Justo Alejandro Algaba

Justo Alejandro is HSBC’s Head of Infrastructure Finance for MENAT and has been based in the region for over a decade. He has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, contributing to the development of multibillion projects across various jurisdictions (mostly GCC and Spain) and asset classes (including power / renewables, transport, education, etc.). He has “sat on both sides of the table”, providing financing for these projects but also advising sponsors and governments.
