Mr. Johnson Mwawasi Kilangi

Johnson Kilangi is an infrastructure project finance and PPP expert with 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector in East Africa.  Johnson is the Co-Chair of the Finance Chapter of the World Association of PPP Units and professionals. He is also a Director of the Board of the Investment and Development Corporation of Taita Taveta County in Kenya, advising the County Executive on infrastructure investments.  Johnson holds a first-class Bachelor of Commerce degree from Strathmore University, a Post Graduate Certificate in project finance from Middlesex University and a CP3P Certificate from APMG International.
