Mr. Joel K. Richards

Joel Richards is an international trade policy expert with over 12 years of experience in providing high quality advice to senior government officials and business executives. He is currently assigned to the Permanent Delegation of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States to the United Nations Office and Other International Organisations in Geneva. Joel is also a frequent speaker and adjunct lecturer on the Masters in International Trade Policy Programme at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Barbados, where he designs and lectures courses on International Negotiations & Advocacy, the Trade-Related Aspects of Electronic Commerce and Trade Policy for Business.
