Mr. James Cook

James Cook is an Executive Director at Tribe Infrastructure Group and Head of Tribe Advisory. Prior to joining Tribe, James was a project director at the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) where he was involved in a number of greenfield power and water development projects. Before which, James was an Associate Director at Ernst & Young in Abu Dhabi within the infrastructure and project finance team. He has previously also served as a commercial manager at United Utilities PLC in the UK, focused on the development of public private partnership projects in the water, wastewater, and solid waste sectors. James holds a BSc with honours in Environmental Technology, a MEng (distinction) in Environmental Engineering and Project Management, and a postgraduate diploma in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance.
