Mr. François Bergère

François Bergère is the Executive Director of LTIIA and the CEO of FAST Infra Group, promoting sustainable development in infrastructure through public-private initiatives. He has a long  and diverse experience in public management, project, and infrastructure finance. 

Previously, François served as the Program Manager of PPIAF, a multi-donor partnership program at the World Bank Group, and as the head of the French  PPP unit (Mission d’Appui aux PPP/ Ministry of Finance), which  he set up and managed. He was also a Senior Auditor at France's national audit office and managed infrastructure investment funds in Asia and Europe. François holds degrees from ENA, HEC business school, and the University of Paris-Sorbonne  and has authored publications on PPPs.
