Mr. David Mellor

For more than 25 years, David has led a distinguished career advising international businesses and their shareholders on tax matters. He is a specialist in the areas of corporate and cross-border taxation, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. Until recently, David was Chief Executive of Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP and served as a board member of Crowe Horwath International for more than four years. He is a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) David studied at Oxford University before training as a tax-articled chartered accountant (ACA) in London focusing on large multinational groups. He moved on qualification to specialize on project and deal-focused cross-border tax advice. After five years in an accountancy environment, he joined a UK merchant bank specializing in public M&A before resuming his tax career in public practice.
